These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Architecture Helper app and its related services (collectively, the "Service"), which are owned and operated by Architecture Helper ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the Service.

1. Use of the Service

The Service allows you to analyze architectural styles and characteristics, explore similar buildings, and create new architectural styles through the submission of images. You must use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.

a. To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

b. You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for any activities or actions under your account. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the above.

a. The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Architecture Helper and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

b. Your use of the Service does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property rights in the Service or the content you access.

4. User Contributions

a. The Service may allow you to post, link, store, share, and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for the Content that you contribute to the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

b. By posting Content to the Service, you grant us the right and license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such Content on and through the Service.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service:

a. In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.

b. For the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way by exposing them to inappropriate content, asking for personally identifiable information, or otherwise.

d. To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Architecture Helper, a Architecture Helper employee, another user, or any other person or entity.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. You agree that from time to time we may remove the service for indefinite periods of time or cancel the service at any time, without notice to you.

8. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on the Service.
